During the week 7-11 April 2014, the NIMRD "Grigore Antipa" Constanta opened its doors and was visited by young students from schools in Constanta and Braila counties. Within the programme entitled "A Different Kind of School: Know More, Be Better!", 8 schools ranging between 1st to 9th grade have been informed about NIMRD's activities and their main concern. The activity have organized in the frame of the European Union funded FP7 projects: CoCoNET and PERSEUS, in collaboration with Commission for the Protection of the Black Sea against Pollution (BSC), the Balkan Environmental Association (B.EN.A.), the European Environmental Association (EEA) and the Constanta County Prefecture.
