Title

Absolutely specific habitats in the Boka Kotorska Bay we have to protect from anchoring and illegal constrictions on the coast

Summary

Urania ship was in the Montenegrin waters from 13 to 18 February 2014 and we were exploring deep sea habitats with specially attention to coraligenous assemblages. One day survey was performed in the Boka Kotorska Bay exploring "vrulje" -specific type of habitats with fresh water coming from the sea bottom. Importance of natural balance in the bay is high and we have to take care of these specific sites with aim to prevent first of all physical disturbance because of illegal buildings on the coast.

From the inner part of the Boka Kotorksa Bay and from the open sea we collected samples of corals and other organisms that will be analyzed later.
